This one-pot beef and bean bake is always a hit! Not only is it flavorful, with its barbecue beef and bean filling, but the cheese covered biscuits on top make it a complete meal. I like refrigerated or frozen biscuits for the topping because they’re convenient, but homemade would work just as well.

How To Store and Reheat Leftovers

  • Refrigerate beef and bean casserole leftovers within 2 hours, and enjoy within 3 to 4 days.
  • To reheat leftover beef and beans, transfer the filling and biscuit topping to a baking dish. Cover the baking dish with foil and heat in a 350 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the foil and heat for 5 minutes longer.
