Heat oven to 350° F. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Defrost and drain spinach, squeezing out excess moisture.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; saute
mushrooms and onion until tender.
all ingredients until well mixed. Transfer to the prepared baking dish, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
