Orange Garlic Roasted Potatoes

- 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 3 medium Red potatoes -- cut in wedges
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the first 5 ingredients, add
potatoes
and toss. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until crisp and brown,
turning once, about 40 minutes.
