Hash with Ham and Potatoes
Use leftover potatoes and ham for this flavorful hash recipe. Serve with scrambled eggs or omelets for a special breakfast treat.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked, and diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low to medium heat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook hash until well browned, stirring frequently.
This hash recipe serves 6.
