Hash with Ham and Potatoes

Use leftover potatoes and ham for this flavorful hash recipe. Serve with scrambled eggs or omelets for a special breakfast treat.

Prep Time: 12 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 27 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked, and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Instructions:

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low to medium heat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook hash until well browned, stirring frequently. This hash recipe serves 6.
