Green Chili and Red Bean Soup

Instructions:

Saute onion and peppers in olive oil until onions are transparent. Add chicken stock and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hrs. Cool and refrigerate overnight.

Reheat soup to serve. Serve with tortilla chips
