Cranberry Glaze

• 1 cup canned cranberry sauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Simmer all ingredients until dissolved and blended, about 5 minutes. Brush on poultry or pork the last 30 to 45 minutes of roasting time.
