Cheese Grits Casserole

Both Cheddar and American cheeses go into this delicious cheese grits casserole. Feel free to use 8 ounces of the shredded "Classic Melts" blend of Cheddar, American, and Monterey Jack Cheeses.

Instructions:
- Cook the grits in salted water following package directions.
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Grease a 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish.
- Stir the butter and cheeses into the grits.
- Whisk eggs with the milk and stir into the grits mixture.
- Turn into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes, or until set.
