Blue Cheese Spread

This is a flavorful spread for parties or special gatherings. This blue cheese spread is delicious on crackers or croutons, or serve with vegetables or as a stuffing for celery sticks.

Instructions:

Using a fork, mix and mash the cream cheese with the blue cheese until well blended. Add the walnuts and chives, then add salt and pepper, to taste. Blend well.

Use as spread for crackers or croustade, or stuff celery or cherry tomatoes with the mixture.
