Chocolate Mint Nut Clusters

  • 1 package semisweet chocolate chips, 6 ounces (1 cup)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed peppermint sticks or candy canes







Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over warm water. Cool then mix with nuts and crushed candy. Stir until the nuts are well coated. Drop chocolate candy by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
