Sauté ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Spoon meat mixture into taco shells and garnish with some tomato, lettuce, and cheese. Sprinkle each with a little taco sauce.
