Lobster Stew

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups light cream or half-and-half
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, cut in small pieces







Melt butter in a medium saucepan; add flour, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add cream. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add seasonings.
Add lobster meat and heat through. Lobster stew recipe serves 4.
