Southern Pecan Pie

This is a classic Southern-style pecan pie recipe. It's delicious and really quick and easy to make and bake.

Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes


Mix eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, vanilla, and melted butter. Spread pecans in the bottom of pie shell. Pour in egg mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, until filling is set and firm. The pecans will rise to the top and form a crusty layer.
