Brown Sugar Meringue

This brown sugar meringue makes a delicious topping for just about any pie. Try this meringe on a pecan pie or your favorite graham cracker or butterscotch pie.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
- Heat the oven to 325 F.
- Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
- Add vanilla and pile meringue onto pie.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
