Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Canned chicken and chopped vegetables make this an easy, tasty chicken salad for sandwiches.

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and pepper. Add the chicken, chopped celery, and onion. Mix well.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly among 4 of the bread slices and spread to cover each slice of bread. Top with a tomato slice, lettuce leaf, and remaining bread slices.
