This mayonnaise is similar to a tartar sauce, and it's delicious with fish and seafood, or use as a sandwich spread.

Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, cornichons, chives, parsley, tarragon, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly to blend ingredients.
