Summer Chevre Salad

• soft lettuce, Butter or Bibb
• Montrachet Cheese -- crumbled
• fresh ground black pepper
• balsamic vinegar
• cooked chicken

Toss together to taste.
NOTES : The vinegar mixes with the cheese and makes a delicious fresh dressing; no oil! Great for the beach.
