In large skillet, arrange meat, cover with onion soup mix, add
tomatoes then sprinkle with oregano, garlic, pepper, oil and vinegar. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
This dish can also be cooked in the crockpot on HIGH for about 3 to 4 hours.
