Slice beef into 1/8-inch thick strips. Mix soy sauce, sesame
oil, sesame seeds, garlic, pepper, green onions, rice wine, and sugar in shallow glass bowl. Add beef. Marinate
refrigerator for 2 hours.
Add a little peanut oil to the
wok over high heat; stir fry the beef for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until beef is browned. Serve with rice or Asian style noodles.
