Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Layer beef, onion, celery, tomatoes and shredded cheese in the baking dish. Beat remaining
ingredients until smooth, about 20 seconds in blender or 1 minute with electric hand-held
mixer on high.
Pour egg mixture over layers. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
