Cook ground beef, onion, and mushrooms in a large skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender,
stirring to crumble meat.
Stir in flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in soup. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour
cream and heat through. Do not let boil.
Serve over hot cooked noodles.
