Chuck Wagon Salisbury Steak

  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pound hamburger







Measure cornflakes. Crush to make 1 cup. Add egg, 1/3 cup of barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Mix and add hamburger. Shape in patties, 3/4-inch thick. Put remaining barbecue sauce on top. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
