Meatloaf Recipe

This is a tangy barbecue meatloaf, made with tomato sauce, ground beef, crackers, brown sugar, and a little vinegar. Serve this delicious meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans or your favorite veggies. Line your baking pan with foil to make cleanup easier.

Cook Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix together meat, chopped onion, crackers, salt and pepper, egg whites and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce.
  3. Form the meat mixture into a round loaf; place in a greased or foil-lined 9-inch square baking pan.
  4. Mix together remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard and sugar; pour over meat loaf; pour water into pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
