Rinse shrimp and drain. Pour beer into a stainless steel pan and
add seasoning. Bring beer to a boil, and add shrimp. As soon as
beer comes back to a boil, remove shrimp with a slotted spoon.
Serve immediately with Key Lime Mustard.

Key Lime Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup Nonfat mayonnaise
- 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup Key lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lime juice in small bowl and taste.
Add salt and pepper if needed. Serve with the shrimp.
