C'est Bon Crabe
Recipe from "Voila!" (Jr League of Lafayette, LA)
- 2 eggs -- beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 small onion -- finely diced
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper -- finely diced
- 1/2 cup cracker meal
- 1 pound white crabmeat
Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire,
Tabasco, salt, pepper, onion, bell pepper and cracker meal. Mix
thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat. Place in 2-quart round casserole
or
individual crab shells.
Bake in preheated 325F oven 15-20 minutes
until
hot and bubbly.
