Partner's Cajun Shrimp

- 2 to 3 Tbs oil
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger -- minced
- 2 pounds large shrimp -- peeled/deveined
- Cajun seasoning -- to taste
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and ginger
until
lightly browned. Add shrimp, stirring to coat with oil. Cook until
shrimp are pink, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
