Tomato Rotini Soup
This soup is excellent when you crave something spicy or peppery,
especially during cold season...
- 1 28 oz can Stewed Tomatos
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp of pepper (or to taste really. I like lots...)
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- a pinch of garlic salt or powder
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 3 Cups cooked pasta
- 4 cups water
Bring the first 5 ingredients to boil in large pot. Add the 4 cups
water, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the cooked pasta, heat through and
serve in big bowls with salt and pepper to taste.
