In a rectangle baking dish spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce (enough
to cover bottom). Lay 2 lasagna noodles on top. Lasagna noodles do not
need to be cooked ahead of time. Spread half of ricotta cheese on top of
Next sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese and half of sausage. Lay down
two more noodles, cover lightly with sauce and continue as before. After
remaining cheese and sausage have be added, lay down the remaining to
noodles and cover with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Cover lasagna with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 60
minutes or until noodles are softened.
Remove lasagna from oven and cool a few minutes.

Tip #1: Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over bottom rack to catch spills.
Tip #2: Top bread with butter, garlic powder, Italian seasonings and
mozzarella cheese. Put on cookie sheet and place in warm oven for a few
minutes while lasagna cools.
