Baked Potato Casserole With Bacon

This potato casserole is made with cubed potaties, cheese, mayonnaise, and bacon.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds potatoes, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 pound american cheese, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices partially fried bacon, cut
  • 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives, optional

Instructions:



Combine first potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, and spices. Place in a 13x9-inch baking pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake, uncovered at 325° for 60 minutes.
