Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 1/4 cups water
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a large casserole. Cook for 1 hour,
covered, at 350°, or until rice is tender.
