Brazilian Rice

Serving Size : 6

  • 1 package frozen spinach -- chopped
  • 1 cup rice -- cooked
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted
  • 4 eggs -- beaten
  • 1 pound cheese -- grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon onion -- chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary







Cook spinach without seasoning and drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake in a 2-quart baking dish at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. May be prepared one day in advance.
