Sweet Potato Sausage Balls
The raw breakfast style sausage is mixed into the baking mix with the cheese and mashed sweet potatoes, and it cooks thoroughly when baked.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
- 3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed (cooked or canned, drained)
Combine all ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheet
pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, until brown.
