Spicy Vegetable Dip
Recipe By : Tidewater on the Half Shell
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Onion -- grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Vegetables; - mushrooms, turnips, green pepper, kohlrabi, etc.
Mix ingredients. Chill several hours before serving for best results.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
